Agreement and operator

These terms govern your use of the Qaris AI website at qaris.si, desktop application, Android companion and related services provided by Qaris. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept them for that organization. Contact [email protected] for service questions or complaints.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information and protect your devices, sign-in sessions and credentials. You are responsible for the accounts, hosts, integrations, team memberships and permissions you authorize. Only connect accounts and provide content you are entitled to use. Do not share access with anyone who is not authorized. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access to a service we operate.

Qaris AI is not directed to children under 13. You must have the legal capacity and any parental or organizational authorization required in your country to use the services.

Agents and your instructions

Qaris AI can run AI agents that read and change files, execute commands, access websites, use connected accounts and carry out scheduled tasks. What an agent can do depends on its tools, configuration and permissions. Review instructions and approval requests carefully. Keep backups and supervise tasks that can affect money, confidential information, accounts or important records.

AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Check factual claims and generated work before you rely on them. The service does not replace professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. You are responsible for deciding whether to act on an output and for obtaining any necessary professional review.

Connected Google accounts and third-party services

Google integrations operate only after you authorize permissions. Requested actions can send messages, share or change files, manage events, edit contacts or delete content in your connected account. Review the requested permissions and authorize only tasks you intend. Disconnect or revoke access when it is no longer needed.

Google user data is subject to the restrictions in our Privacy Policy, including Limited Use and no training of generalized AI models. Use only AI providers and configurations compatible with those restrictions. These terms do not authorize a use or transfer prohibited by Google's policies.

AI providers, plugins, websites, Google and other external services have their own terms, charges, permissions and privacy practices. You must comply with them. Qaris AI does not grant access rights to another provider or guarantee that a third-party service will remain available.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to access accounts or systems without permission, steal credentials, commit fraud, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or unlawfully collect or disclose personal information. Do not bypass security controls, disrupt services or misrepresent your identity or authority. Do not instruct agents to perform actions you are not entitled to perform yourself.

Your content and software rights

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize the processing and transfer needed to perform your instructions and provide the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Ensure you have the necessary rights to submit and share content. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection; these terms do not guarantee ownership of rights that the law does not recognize.

The software's applicable licence governs copying, modification and distribution. The repository currently identifies PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0. These terms do not replace that licence or grant commercial rights beyond it. Any separate written commercial agreement controls the rights it expressly grants. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

Fees, updates and availability

Downloading an app does not include a paid AI subscription or unlimited use of external APIs. Your selected providers can charge you separately. Any paid service we offer must disclose its price, billing conditions and cancellation terms before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these terms.

We may update the software and services for maintenance, security or feature changes. Availability depends on your host, network and external providers. A development preview can contain defects. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or successful completion of every task. Keep copies of data you need before changing or removing a host or application.

Suspension and ending use

You can stop using Qaris AI and disconnect integrations at any time. See the Privacy Policy for account and data deletion. Removing the application does not cancel a subscription with another provider or remove data held in that provider's account.

We may restrict services we operate where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a serious breach of these terms, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Accrued payment obligations and provisions that reasonably need to survive remain applicable after use ends.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as available, without a promise that outputs will be accurate or that the service will meet every requirement. Responsibility for losses is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights.

Contact [email protected] with a description of a dispute and the resolution you seek. We will seek to resolve it directly. Applicable law and the courts with lawful jurisdiction remain available; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove your statutory remedies.

Changes and privacy

We will publish changes here with an updated date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Where consent is legally required, we will obtain it before the relevant change takes effect. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the affected services. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
